You can take luggage with you free of charge.
As well as hand luggage, you may take one larger item with you (items which can be carried by one person). You need a reduced single or day ticket for all other items.
- You have no automatic right to have items transported.
- Hand luggage and other transportable items must be accompanied by the passenger and shall only be transported if this does not endanger the safety and smooth running of the operation, or inconvenience other passengers.
- Items cannot be transported if this causes the length of stay at a stop to be extended beyond the usual, or if transportation creates a risk of a lack of space in the vehicle for the other passengers.
Our employees decide on a case-by-case basis whether items can be transported and where they should be stored.
