Service restrictions on lines 1, 5 (SEV), 38 and F3
From Saturday 28 March up to and including Thursday 2 April 2026, there will be disruption to bus and tram services in the Lütten Klein and Lichtenhagen areas due to extensive track works.
Restrictions on tram services
During the period mentioned, there will be no trams running between the Rügener Straße and Mecklenburger Allee stops. This applies in both directions. The Rügener Straße stop is the terminus for lines 1 and 5. Buses will operate as a rail replacement service (SEV) between the S Lütten Klein and Mecklenburger Allee stops.
The regular tram stops at Eutiner Straße and Elmenhorster Weg will be closed. Temporary stops for the SEV service will be set up (not wheelchair accessible).

Changes to bus services
The following changes will apply to bus services:
Line 38
Buses are operating on a shortened route between Thomas-Morus-Straße and S Lütten Klein. Please then use the SEV to continue your journey towards Mecklenburger Allee. The boarding point for line 38 at the S Lütten Klein stop is platform D.
Line 36
Buses on route 36 also stop at the temporary bus stop S Lichtenhagen on Güstrower Straße for passengers transferring to the SEV.
Line F3
Buses on route F3 are being diverted from Möllner Straße. The stops at Eutiner Straße and Elmenhorster Weg are not being served. The SEV’s temporary stops are being served (not wheelchair accessible). The Bützower Straße stop and the regular Mecklenburger Allee stop are temporarily omitted. The Mecklenburger Allee replacement stop will be served during this period. Only on Saturdays and Sundays from 4:00 am do buses on route F3 run from the Güstrower Straße stop via the Bützower Straße stop and the regular Mecklenburger Allee stop.
From the ‘Auf dem Kalverradd’ stop, the bus will follow its regular route.

Background
Due to the resurfacing of the Eutiner Straße crossing and the replacement of overhead cables along the entire section between Rügener Straße and Mecklenburger Allee, this section of the route will be closed and Schleswiger Straße will be completely closed to traffic in the vicinity of the crossing.
Impact on motorists
Schleswiger Straße will be completely closed during the period mentioned due to work on the level crossing. Motor traffic will be diverted. A diversion route is signposted.
